In order to provide schools with maximum flexibility in choosing the services best meeting their needs, the Kick-Off Program offers 3 increasing levels of membership. Each of the KO levels of membership can be implemented in lite, standard or premium version.

STEP #1: Kick-Off Orientation Membership
KO Orientation Membership is designed for those schools that wish to provide a mentor led orientation day for their incoming students. The Kick-Off Program will provide on-site training to help your mentors prepare for their KO Orientation Day. The KO Orientation Day is designed as an interactive and fun day that will assist incoming students at the beginning of the school year. Activities provided include ice breakers, team building activities, and advice from the mentors on how to survive the beginning of the school year and succeed in your school.

Schools that choose the KO Orientation Membership can also choose to add:
STEP #2: Kick-Off Transition Membership
KO Transition Membership is for schools that choose to implement a mentoring program that is primarily administered by the staff at the school. The Kick-Off Program provides on-site professional development training to the Kick-Off Coordinators (staff members), KOM Council (student leadership team), step-by-step instructions, electronic versions of all forms and handouts and year-long support.

Schools that choose the KO Orientation membership AND the KO Transition Membership can also choose to add:
STEP #3: Kick-Off Mentoring Membership
KO Mentoring Membership is designed for those schools that want additional support in the implementation and administration of the mentoring program through additional on-site trainings for the student Kick-Off Mentors. Schools choosing this level of membership also receive digital copies of the Kick-Off Connections Workbook with activities and supplemental materials for mentor/mentee Connection sessions and up to 10 additional on-site trainings for Kick-Off Mentors that can include introduction to mentoring, advanced mentoring skills, and trainings on administering the Kick-Off Connection sessions.
